Hello! The concept for this design is natural contemporary style with a functional design layout. We keep in mind to minimize change (as to keep budge efficiency), keep wooden floor at south room (which is still in a good condition), activate all spaces, spacious living room and place washing machine near water column system.
We try to make use the width of the corridor and extend it to the south to insert dining table, so the corridor can be active and also be use as dining space. The living area at south can occupy 1 big sofa (5 seat), 2 single sofas, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Working space/ guest room placed in front of living area with glass sliding door as to extend the vista of the living room. We remove the door to kitchen for smooth circulation flow from dining and living area.
There are 2 alternatives regarding north side room arrangement (kitchen, bedroom and small bathroom).
