DESCRIPTION: The apartment that we describe is located in Forte dei Marmi by the sea. The building consists of 8 apartments spread over 2 floors – 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. My apartment is on the ground floor and is under construction. I write below other features that you might find helpful: – Mq apartment: 80 sqm + 100 sqm garden – Underfloor heating – Mosquito nets in window – There are no points on the ceiling but only applique. – And ‘can choose the finishes throughout the house.
PROJECT: The construction company has already given me an example of a furniture type, which you will find attached. But I have other solutions. (including roof garden) The budget for the furniture that is weighed 15.000/20.000 €. DREAMS: I decorate the house with simple furniture, modern and linear. I would like to make it cozy by placing some
decorative element “special” that characterizes the environment. The colors I prefer are white, black or red, but I’m open to new suggestions! I would also furnish the garden with a structure to keep me warm from the sun during the hottest hours, and where to eat outdoors with family and friends. Think also a play area for my 3 year old!
