La distribuzione degli ambienti ha tenuto conto dei vincoli dettati dagli scarichi e dalla canna fumaria. La zona notte e servizi è stata collocata con affaccio sul cortile, invece la zona giorno cucina nella parte più ampia dell’immobile e con affaccio su strada. Gli scarichi della cucina, avendo un diametro di soli 4cm, potranno essere allacciati alla colonna passando sotto pavimento. I materiali vogliono ricreare lo stile dei loft, dai mattoni a vista, al parquet di grande formato fino alla resina di Oltremateria che simula l’aspetto del cemento. L’uso dei controsoffitti permette di creare delle gole per l’inserimento di strisce di luce che illuminano verticalmente l’ambiente, inoltre permette l’uso di faretti incassati per la restante illuminazione.
