I've managed to create a home based on your requirements, modern, cozy, bright and with clean lines. The living room area is a full of potencial so I've made three variants of floorplan layout that I think it's functionally and well defined. I also create here a small space for study.

- wood floor and akccent walls in pastel color
- details such as modern art on the wall and plants
