Dear client, Given the peculiar and great project you requested, I have been able to create 2 options for the sleeping area while also redesigning and rearranging furniture placement of the entire attic floor. They both feature a change in arrangement and placement of the 3rd bedroom and second bathroom which are both made ensuite, In the first option there is also a need to create a new skylight for lighting up the newly designed bath.
Also notable was the arrangement of beds closer to the partition wall adjourning the corridor with a higher headroom to give ample space for users. All these can be seen in the attached floor plan and 3d renders.

Gentile cliente, Visto il peculiare e grande progetto che mi hai richiesto, sono riuscito a creare 2 opzioni per la zona notte ridisegnando e riorganizzando anche il posizionamento dei mobili dell'intero piano mansardato. Entrambi presentano un cambiamento nella disposizione e nel posizionamento della 3a camera da letto e del secondo bagno che sono entrambi realizzati con bagno privato, nella prima opzione c'è anche la necessità di creare un nuovo lucernario per illuminare il bagno di nuova concezione.
Notevole anche la disposizione dei letti più vicini alla parete divisoria che aggiorna il corridoio con una testata più alta per dare ampio spazio agli utenti. Tutto questo può essere visto nella planimetria allegata e nei rendering 3d.
