I have suggested two plans for you, the difference of which is in the design of the living room.
I tried to assume the location of the bathrooms and the kitchen to be fixed and to do my design by changing the walls a little.
My main challenge was the low height of some rooms, which made it difficult to use most of the rooms.
To do this, I added the hallway section, which had the right height, to the master bedroom.
I changed the small room on the northwest side to a walk in closet.
I used skylights to provide light and compensate for the lack of height in some parts of the house.
I raised the height of the master bedroom floor a bit to solve the problem of the inverted beam in the bedroom floor.
I arranged the living area in such a way that the variable height of the ceiling does not hinder your movement.
Due to the low height of the rooms and the lack of windows, I used light colors to design the house.
