Both solutions set day area in the first part of the apartment, due to the tiny dimensions of the short rectangle.
SOLUTION 1
A linear kitchen. A rational living room: bed sofa and TV infront. A large retangular table. Two identical shleves system.
In the night area: a shower room, the bathroom and the master bedroom with a walkin closet.
SOLUTION 2
A logic plan. A long line of furniture: kithchen before, closet and then wardrobe. Sofa bed and TV, table on the wall.
Then a short corridor that gives access to a bath area ( separated shower and toilet) and to the master bedroom with a big wardrobe.
