For the realization of the restoration project of the villa, it is thought to intervene in the functional solution of the ground floor to expand the built surface and to give more space that they need. The intervention will start from the entrance of the villa which will be expanded to have a regular square shape and to highlight the scale which is a work of art. The entrance will have a closet to place the jackets and there will be consoles on the two free sides of the walls with mirrors on them. The passage to the other areas will be realized with double doors in the corridors that lead to the family room and to the formal living room. The surface of the kitchen and dining room will be expanded in parallel with the formal living room, giving it light and ample space to be better decorated. living room, dining room and kitchen will communicate with double sliding doors that are inserted into the wall so that they remain open when needed. the kitchen will have an exit to a second corridor leading to the garage, here will be built mud room, a second toilet and walk in pantry. Family room will be on the other side of the floor there will be exit to the back poarch. The studio will be maintained, a toilet will be created with entrance from the corridor of the family room and from the formal living room with a separate toilet area. The upper floor will have 4 bedrooms, the corridor will be expanded and can be illuminated with larger glass windows. Extending the entrance to the ground floor will create a balcony upstairs facing the street. The matrimonial room will be the most spacious room and will have the king size bed area and a lounge area. There will be 2 walk in closet and a toilet divided into 2 areas, the first area with 2 sinks and make up table and the second area with whirlpool bath, shower and toilet. The other rooms will each have a personal toilet and a walk-in closet. A laundry will be created that will have ample space for cloth storage and will have a half bathroom. The style will be classic with gypsum bozers and open colors.

Per la realizzazione del progetto di restauro della villa si è pensato di intervenire nella soluzione funzionale del piano terra per ampliare la superficie edificata e per dare più spazio di cui necessitano. L'intervento partirà dall'ingresso della villa che verrà ampliata per avere una forma quadrata regolare e per evidenziare la scala che è un'opera d'arte. L'ingresso avrà un armadio per riporre le giacche e ci saranno delle console sui due lati liberi delle pareti con specchi su di esse. Il passaggio agli altri ambienti sarà realizzato con doppie porte nei corridoi che conducono alla camera familiare e al soggiorno formale. La superficie della cucina e della sala da pranzo verrà ampliata parallelamente al soggiorno formale, dandogli luce e ampi spazi per essere meglio arredato. soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina comunicheranno con doppie porte scorrevoli che si inseriscono nel muro in modo che rimangano aperte quando necessario. la cucina avrà un'uscita su un secondo corridoio che conduce al garage, qui verrà realizzata la stanza del fango, un secondo wc e la dispensa. La camera familiare sarà dall'altra parte del piano ci sarà l'uscita sul retro. Lo studio verrà mantenuto, verrà creato un bagno con ingresso dal corridoio della camera familiare e dal soggiorno formale con una zona wc separata. Il piano superiore avrà 4 camere da letto, il corridoio sarà ampliato e potrà essere illuminato con vetrate più ampie. Allungando l'ingresso al piano terra si creerà un balcone al piano superiore affacciato sulla strada. La camera matrimoniale sarà la camera più spaziosa e avrà la zona letto king size e una zona salotto. Saranno presenti 2 cabine armadio e un wc diviso in 2 zone, la prima zona con 2 lavelli e tavolo trucco e la seconda zona con vasca idromassaggio, doccia e wc. Le altre stanze avranno ciascuna un bagno personale e una cabina armadio. Verrà realizzata una lavanderia che avrà ampio spazio per riporre i panni e avrà un mezzo bagno. Lo stile sarà classico con bozer in gesso e colori aperti.
