DESCRIZIONE PROGETTO
Il progetto prevede un restyle del punto vendita e dell’esterno.
All’interno spazi saranno organizzati allo scopo di ottenere un locale che sia cantina
ed enoteca, il tutto all’insegna del bio, con arredi ricavati da pallet e barrique usate.
Un pannello murario in legno dividerà visivamente l’ingresso al locale da quello di accesso
al piano superiore; nell’accedere al punto vendita ci sarà una un’area per la vendita
e mescita, scandita da pannelli scorrevoli ed un apposito banco realizzato in pallet.
Il corridoio centrale ospiterà due setti murari disposti in modo decentrato, che avranno funzione
espositiva, e delle apposite sedute realizzate in pallet e con doghe di barrique, sul quale
sarà possibile degustare ed allo stesso tempo ammirane i vari tipi di vino; l’area inoltre è stata
pensata anche per dare la possibilità in futuro di poter ospitare le sedute in caso di proiezioni.
In fondo alla sala sarà predisposta una comoda e discreta area stoccaggio, oltre all’accesso
ai bagni esterni, collegati al locale da un’apertura esistente, e che saranno del tipo
prefabbricato modulare realizzato su progetto, con sistema di scarico di tipo chimico.
All’esterno sono stati ripensati gli spazi in cui è inserita l’azienda, attraverso degli interventi di riqualificazione.
La viabilità compreso il piazzale d’ingresso saranno nuovamente
asfaltati; un nuovo marciapiede realizzato con marmette di cemento circonderà
tutto lo stabile, e darà un aspetto più elegante nella zona di accesso al punto vendita.
Gli spazi di sosta verranno organizzati attraverso nuovi parcheggi il cui ritmo sarà scandito
da piccole aree a verde, e costeggeranno la nuova recinzione che circonderà
tutta l’area, e sarà realizzata con gabbioni metallici riempiti da pietre di due tonalità.
Il prospetto principale dell’edificio verrà arrcchito da una stampa muraria ed una decorazione
realizzata con doghe e tappi di barrique sui quali sarà impresso il nome dell’azienda.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project includes a redesign of the store and outside.
Inside spaces will be organized for the purpose of obtaining a local winery and wine bar
that is , all in the name of the bio , with furniture made from pallets and used barriques.
A wall panel in wood visually divide the room to the entrance to the upper floor ; accessing the store
there will be an area for selling and serving , marked by sliding panels and a test bench made from pallets .
The central corridor will host two partition walls arranged in a decentralized way, that will
feature exhibitions , and special seats made with slats of pallets and barrels , on which you
can taste and at the same time ammirane the various types of wine , the area also was also
designed to give the opportunity in the future to accommodate the sessions in case of projections.
Down the hall will include a convenient and discrete storage area , as well as access to the
bathrooms outside the room to be connected to an existing opening , and that will be
realized on the type prefabricated modular design , with the exhaust system of a chemical.
Outside there have been redesigned spaces in which it is the company , through the redevelopment.
The road system including the entrance plaza will be re- paved and a new sidewalk built with cement
tiles surround the whole building , and give a more elegant look in the area of access to the point of sale.
The parking spaces will be organized through the new parking rate which will be
punctuated by small green areas , and costeggeranno the new fence that will surround
the entire area, and will be built with metal gabions filled with stones of two shades.
