The current project meets the requirement for a functional large, bright living spaces in black and white.

The ground floor includes large living room facing the stair, kitchen and dining linked to the garden and pool. The bathroom is hidden not to be seen by the dining. The laundry provides enough space to have a washer and dryer (one above the other ). The space allows bigger dining table if needed.

Outside we have a pergola and table with enough space for a barbecue. The pool is with dimensions 4/6 m surrounded with decking.

On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and extra laundry to avoid walking the stairs with the heavy laundry basket.

The master bedroom have a walk in closet and a bathroom with two sinks, bidet, wc and a large shower.

At the basement we reduced the garage space with purpose to have a larger space for the kitchen and the studio. These two spaces are divided with a glass folding or sliding doors. This level could be used as a guest room.
