Il progetto prevede l'inserimento di una stecca nella zona dedicata ai servizi, con portici di ingresso alle diverse parti (docce, bagni, lavanderia e lavaggio stoviglie). La struttura può essere realizzata con alcune pareti portanti in calcestruzzo e alleggerite per le restanti, con adeguate finestrature, mantenute per le singole nicchie doccia o wc in radice del tetto e ad altezza utile alla migliore illuminazione naturale nella zona dedicata ai lavabi. Gli elementi dedicati alla pulizia di stoviglie e panni sono nella porzione più aperta e raggiungibile dagli ospiti.
I bungalow sono composti su un modulo rettangolare cui si aggiunge la stanza per quello più ampio in modo da ospitare fino a 5 ospiti. La disposizione proposta è la più semplice, ma la modularità delle due tipologie di bungalow permettono altre disposizioni, più o meno compatte delle diverse abitazioni, mantenendo sempre sfalsate le aperture e gli ingressi per mantenere una certa privacy ai turisti.

The project involves the insertion of a splint in the area dedicated to services, with entrance porches to the different parts (showers, bathrooms, laundry and dishwashing). The structure can be made with some load-bearing concrete walls and lightened for the remaining ones, with adequate windows, maintained for the individual shower or toilet niches in the roof root and at a useful height for the best natural lighting in the area dedicated to the washbasins. The items dedicated to cleaning dishes and cloths are in the most open and accessible portion of the guests.
The bungalows are composed of a rectangular module to which the room for the larger one is added in order to accommodate up to 5 guests The proposed layout is the simplest, but the modularity of the two types of bungalows allow other dispositions, more or less compact than the different dwellings, always maintaining the openings and entrances offset to maintain a certain privacy for tourists.
