On the north side I located bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry and kitchen, in fact these rooms doesn't need particular sunlight. The warmer side of the apartment is dedicated to the open space living room and dining area. The remaing part of the house host office, gym and a large living room with play area.
The other configuration has two bedrooms: a single and a double, served by a corridor that lead also to the secondary access to the apartment. In this solution the apartment has one full bathroom with bath and a smaller one with shower and laundry are (whashing and dryer one in top of the other). The balance will have a comfortable living area with small cellar and bar stool and storage space.
