The goal is the rehabilitation of the two apartments in a single function and space for hotel use. The intervention foresees the placement of eight bedrooms, 14.44 - 25.60 square meters, distributed in a functional way, each room is provided with natural light, ventilation and individual bathroom.
The intervention also includes a breakfast room / lounge which gets natural light from the adjoining kitchen.
As requested, has been foreseen a storage room - linen storage and one bathroom for public use. In addition has been added a technical room with access from the terrace.

Conditioning: in the rooms has been foreseen the construction of suspended ceilings in the part of the bedroom entrance where will be possible the installation of the internal heating / cooling units.

L'obiettivo è la riabilitazione dei due appartamenti in un unica funzione e ambiente a uso alberghiero. L'intervento prevede il collocamento di otto camere da letto, 14.44 - 25.60 mq, distribuite in modo funzionale, ciascuna camera è provvista con illuminazione e ventilazione naturale e bagno individuale.
L'intervento include anche una sala colazione/ lounge la cui ottiene l'illuminazione naturale dalla cucina annessa.
Come da richiesta sono stati previsti un ripostiglio - deposito biancheria, bagno a uso pubblico. In aggiunta è stato collocato anche un locale tecnico con accesso dal terrazzo.

Condizionamento: nelle camere e stato previsto la costruzione di controsoffitti nella parte del disimpegno ove sarà possibile collocare le unita interne di riscaldamento/ raffrescamento.
