Dear client,
At the ground floor, 2 cars lots are placed and a door is added for people entry. There is also an entrance hall with glazing door between garage and the corridor to the garden. There is a room adjacent to the stairs for laundry.
The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a bathroom and closet area, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a living and dinning area near the balcony.
The second floor consists of one large master bedroom, a study/office room, a large closet room and a bathroom.
Staircase is located at previous location and it has been designed to reach the second floor in order to minimize costs.
This house is designed by light colors and natural materials such as wood to achieve a sense of cozy atmosphere.
By placing 3 skylights on the roof, the second floor benefits much more daylight. Also, two windows are located on the exterior wall of the bedroom facing the garden, and there are no windows in the main facade in order to maintain the original basis.

Al piano terra, 2 posti auto e una porta è aggiunto per l'ingresso delle persone. C'è anche un ingresso con porta vetrata tra garage e il corridoio al giardino. C'è una stanza adiacente alle scale per la lavanderia.
Il primo piano contiene 2 camere da letto, una delle quali è una camera matrimoniale con bagno e zona armadio, una spaziosa cucina, un bagno, un soggiorno e zona pranzo vicino al balcone.
Il secondo piano è composto da una grande camera matrimoniale, una sala studio/ufficio, un ampio ripostiglio e un bagno.
Scale si trova in posizione precedente ed è stato progettato per raggiungere il secondo piano al fine di ridurre al minimo i costi.
Questa casa è stata progettata con colori chiari e materiali naturali come il legno per ottenere un senso di atmosfera accogliente.
Posizionando 3 lucernari sul tetto, il secondo piano beneficia di molta più luce diurna. Inoltre, due finestre si trovano sulla parete esterna della camera da letto di fronte al giardino, e non ci sono finestre nella facciata principale al fine di mantenere la base originale.
