RELAZIONE DESCRITTIVA
La configurazione degli ambienti è espressione di consuetudini abitative, con spazi ordinatamente dedicati a rituali dell’abitare: ingresso, cucina, salotto; una netta separazione tra zona giorno e notte.L’intervento che qui si presenta è occasione di riflessione sul tema dello spazio vuoto e su una rilettura formale del percorso/corridoio di collegamento tra zona giorno e zona notte.
Il risultato è un completo restyling con una rilettura degli spazi esistenti con un diverso utilizzo dei materiali e dei colori.
La strategia progettuale si fonda sulla trasformazione del vuoto per la zona living, dove, assecondando il lato inclinato dell’appartamento, ne diventa il cuore; questo concetto si concretizza in un elemento funzionale: il camino.
Il percorso/corridoio, separato dalla zona living da un pannello scorrevole in vetro bianco, diventa esso stesso teatro di suggestioni funzionali e visive, conseguenza della sua particolare forma.
La cucina, ampia e luminosa, si riferisce direttamente sia all’ingresso, con porta scorrevole in vetro bianco, che al soggiorno, con un sistema in parte fisso, in parte scorrevole, che permette di essere aperto o chiuso, a seconda delle esigenze dell’utente.
Nella direzione della zona notte, nettamente separata dalla zona giorno, il percorso/corridoio ha un’atmosfera più soft, illuminato solo da luce artificiale, una striscia strip led a luce calda localizzata lungo un’asola in corrispondenza di una delle pareti, guida che ci conduce verso le camere da letto, e corpi illuminanti puntiformi posizionati adeguatamente.
La zona notte dispone di quattro camere da letto, due bagni, uno spazio di servizio ed una fitness room, come richiesto dal Cliente.
Un’ultima considerazione sugli arredi e sui materiali utilizzati: sono scelte che non vogliono essere assolutamente impositive e vincolanti ma sono solamente dei suggerimenti e dei consigli, ciò che interessa è la funzionalità e la nuova percezione degli spazi nel rispetto delle richieste del Cliente.


REPORT
The layout of the environments is an expression of living habits, with spaces dedicated to orderly rituals of living: entrance, kitchen, living room; a clear separation between living and sleeping areas.

The work presented here is an opportunity for reflection on the theme of empty space and on a formal reading of the passage/gallery connection between living and sleeping area.
The final result is a new complete restyling that is changing totally the design also consequently to the new functional distribution as well as the materials and colors.
The design strategy is based on the vacuum processing for the living area, where, favoring the sloping side of the apartment, it becomes the heart; this concept is expressed in a functional element: the fireplace.
Passage/gallery, separated from the living area by a sliding panel in white glass, becomes itself the scene of new perspectives and points of views, a consequence of its particular shape.

In the living zone direction the passage is perfectly integrated with the diagonal that characterizes this space,  it becoming lighter for the presence of oriented and suitably panels and also for the inclined wall.

The total absence of doors (except for the wc) will give the feeling that we have an unique continuous space.

The  kitchen zone is generous and luminous it is connected directly with the entrance (by an sliding white glass door) and with the living, by a variable system (in part sliding  and in part permanent) that can work according with the different scenario.

In the direction of the night zone the passage became more soft. A warm light strip guide (located along the walls) it leads to the bedrooms.
The night zone has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a service space and a fitness room, as required by the client.
