Alt 01-
The plan is divided into two parts: public (TV Room, dining, kitchen) and private (bedroom and study).
As the public part of the plan is designed open plan, when entering the house, we are faced with a space without disturbing walls. This makes the space look bigger and brighter.
For more comfort the kitchen and w.c are designed close to the entrance. In addition, each room has its own separate bathroom.
Considering that we had a small area for cabinets in this part (the whole kitchen space), we decided to divide the kitchen space into two parts, the kitchen and the scullery. In this way, with the increase of cabinet walls, we have an efficient kitchen with enough space for storage ((scullery) and at the same time a tidy and stylish space (kitchen).

Alt 02-
In this plan, when we enter the space, we are faced with a corridor that determines the direction of movement and directs the person to the living room.
we have tried to consider the location of bathrooms and kitchen near the same current locations so that we have the least amount of plumbing. And this time, more space is allocated to the bedrooms. We have also tried to use well-lit spaces for important spaces such as the master bedroom and living room.
