Un appartamento, indipendentemente dalle sue dimensioni, se ben progettato e organizzato, può avere tutte le stanze in modo confortevole e visivamente bello.
In fase di progettazione sono state sviluppate diverse soluzioni per valutare le diverse opzioni che si presentano. Cercando sempre di ottimizzare lo spazio in base alle diverse funzioni e creando un ambiente luminoso e moderno. Pertanto, abbiamo creato 2 finalità per la tua casa 🏠.
Nota :
1) In entrambi gli scopi abbiamo seguito rigorosamente i principi architettonici,📏
2) tutte le stanze in entrambe le soluzioni, sono collegate con almeno 1 finestra, per ridurre il consumo di energia e utilizzare efficacemente la luce e l'aria naturali. ☀️
3) abbiamo utilizzato il pavimento in legno come richiesto (mostrato nell'intonaco)🌲
4) colore dei toni più chiari utilizzato in tutte le stanze, in quanto questo dà la sensazione di un luogo più ampio e ben illuminato 🌈
🔴 Nella soluzione 1, proprio all'ingresso con ampio corridoio (che offre una visuale ampia e confortevole all'ingresso, e può essere utilizzato come piccolo ripostiglio all'angolo della porta se necessario) si vede la camera degli ospiti e dall'altra a lato della sala studio (poiché questa zona è lontana dal soggiorno, quindi un luogo perfetto per studiare senza disturbare), dopo questo arriva il soggiorno con una cucina aperta con isola poiché questa zona è progettata per fornire uno stile di vita moderno e interni moderni le tendenze del design sono state utilizzate per arredare questa zona (mostrata nelle immagini di "render") e dall'altra è un bagno di casa comune che è ugualmente accessibile per tutta la zona della casa. Si tratta di un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia (nota. La parete a colonna parallela al muro esterno può essere utilizzata come PICCOLO RIPOSTIGLIO BAGNO), dopo di essa arriva la camera da letto principale con annessa un bagno separato e una cabina armadio separata .
🔴 Nella soluzione 2, è leggermente diverso rispetto alla soluzione 1, poiché lo scopo 2 contiene una soluzione con molte aree di stoccaggio e stanze.
Qui, proprio all'ingresso si vede il soggiorno, che contiene un bellissimo e accogliente divano, un pannello per la TV, impianto hi-fi,
La cucina/sala da pranzo è composta da un tavolo con 6 posti a sedere, un forno integrato nel modulo del mobile, un piano cottura, un grande lavello e un frigorifero. Ci sono anche armadi nella parte inferiore e superiore, con molto spazio di archiviazione.Viene mostrata un'immagine di cucina con e senza vetro di separazione o finestra nel rendering

It's our dream to make people full of choice and make their dreams into reality. We would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project, you can be sure that it was done with great care and dedication, thinking about the smallest details by the experienced professionals.
An apartment, regardless of its size, if well planned and organized, can have all the rooms in a comfortable and visually beautiful way.
During the design phase, several solutions were developed in order to evaluate the different options that arise. Always trying to optimize the space according to the different functions and creating a bright and modern environment. Therefore, we have created 2 purposal for your home 🏠.
Note :
1) In both purposal we have strictly followed the architectural principals,
2) all room in both solution, is connected with atleast 1 windows, to lower the energy consumption and effectively utilise the natural light and air.
3) we have used the wooden flooring as requested (shown in the render)
4) colour of lighter tones used in all rooms, as this gives the feeling of a larger and well-lit place
In solution 1, right at the entrance with large corridoor (which give a large and comfortable visual at the entrance, and can be used as small storage area at the corner of the door if needed) You can see the guest room and on the other side the study room ( as this zone is at a distance from living room so perfect place to study without disturbance), after this then comes the living with a open kitchen with a island as this area is designed to provide a modern lifestyle and modern interior design trends where used to decorate this area ( shown in "render" images ) and on the other is a common house bathroom that is equally accessible for all the zone in the home. It is a large bathroom with bathtub and shower (note. The column wall parallel to the exterior wall can we used as SMALL BATHROOM CLOSET), After it comes the Master Bedroom with is attached with a separate bathroom and a separate walk-in- closet.
In solution 2, it bit different compare to the solution 1, as purposal 2 contains solution with many storage area and rooms.
Here, right at the entrance you can see the living room, which contains a beautiful and cozy sofa, a panel for the TV, hi-fi system,
The kitchen/dining room is composed of a table with 6 seats, an oven built into the cabinet module, a cooktop, a large sink, and a refrigerator. There are also cabinets at the bottom and top, with plenty of storage space. A image is shown of kitchen with and without a separation glass or window in render.
