3 Buildings and 3 New lives!
My strategy for designing this case was based on maximum use of available capacities. Also I focused on client demands an interest.
* We need a WAY or AWAY!
On of the most important thing is "we have two usage :
1- agriculture and industry
2- Restaurant & some other great things.
For these we have to separate the land. So I designed a road for guest and a great spaces for tractor and farmers and workers.
* Building 1
This building is completely the past building with few changes inside and outside:
- on g floor we have an office for managing this land and ..., Guests rooms that you can get some guests
-on 1st floor we have workers rest rooms and somewhere they can stay there
-on 2nd floor we have a night bar for guests and maybe for workers have a fun time there
*Building 2
This building is completely different from past BUT we saved a wall from his past
-on basement we have a small company that client wants it and a loader
- on g floor and half a floor we have restaurant with ovens and restaurant office
*Building 3
This building is completely different from past BUT we saved a wall from his past,too
-here we have a garage for tractor and some useful mechanical places
Totally as you can see from design I tried to response all of demands
