Descripción

Trying to respond to all customer requests, the proposal creates a large living area, completely open or divisible according to the different needs of the family, from the study to the dining room up to the kitchen. The insertion of skylights on the roof (to be carefully evaluated with an executive project) makes it possible to amplify the natural light of the apartment and have functional and equally luminous environments.
The sleeping area has been divided into:
- two bedrooms for daughters, one double and one single, preferring a better distribution with a single large bathroom (complete with 3 washbasins, shower and bathtub), instead of three small and difficultly furnished single rooms;
- a large master bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, made more elegant by the presence of two steps that divide the service area from the bedroom without walls;
- the bedroom for the housekeeper/nanny has been intentionally inserted far from the night area of the owners, but with its own width and French window available, with access disengaged from the living area.
The finishes and furnishings proposed take their cue from the references indicated, giving a neutral style to the floors and plaster, but coloring the different rooms thanks to the furniture, maintaining a contemporary and simple style throughout the apartment.
