I Would Like To Begin By Expressing My Gratitude For The Opportunity To Be Involved In This Project. After Carefully Assessing Your Requirements, Requests, Restrictions, And The Current State Of The Building, We Identified Several Key Factors That Guided Our Design Process.
Our Main Objective Was To Maximize The Use Of Space, Optimize The Separation Of Functions, Enhance The Practicality Of The Terrace, Reduce The Number Of Walls, And Improve The Amount Of Natural Light Entering The Unit.
In The Final Design, We Created Two Private Areas (Comprising Bedrooms And Living Space) And A Public Area (Including A Living Room, Tv Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathroom, And Laundry Room). Each Bed Room Features A Private Walk-In Closet And Terrace, While Additional Storage Spaces Are Located Throughout The Unit.
