The project is based on the creation of a new veranda on the penthouse: there is a big dining table and a small living room that is the continuous of the main livingroom.
Is made of three main columns that divides the big windows towards the terrace.
Two others big window are in the kitchen and in the main livingroom to enlarge the view and open more the house to the external lighting.
There is a beautiful staircase to reach the super penthouse with a big glass wall that look downstairs tha is part of the master bedroom.
The kids bedroom are the same size and in the middle there is the studio/play room in a way that if you open the doors is a only very big space.
the rooms are big enough to have each one a big closet, so i decide to give to the master bedroom a big one walk in closet that looks like the frame of the window to the balcony, so you can dress up and and enjoy the view or sit and relax like another room inside the room.
The main choice is to have a very elegant pavement that is shown in the furniture reference that i think gives you the athmosphere you're trying to reach and a light peach or cream wall paint. very elegant and new classic style .
