I proposed two alternative layout designs. Both designs have open kitchen layout design concept for integrating living and kitchen. I changed the door position of the single bedroom, that also changed the service bathroom door position. It will make the wall for tv is longer and give spaces for storages under the tv wall. I proposed ethanol fireplace in the living room where is placed under the television. I provided wardrobe near entrance to store winter/summer gear or coats. Big sofa from B&B Italia (Tufty too) which has modern design look become the based color palette and style for the interior design. I proposed design with modern style with clean lines with monochromatic color palette, such as black, grey, and white. And I added some wood materials to add some natural look to balance the cool palette with a little warm touch.
In the alternative one design, I tried to design optimal size kitchen island with bar chairs. The dining table is positioned in the isolated pergola with sliding glass doors. I also put sofas in the terrace to seat near the pool. I proposed under shelves lighting and ceiling recessed led strip lighting to make more fun ambience to complete the modern look of the spaces.
The difference between alternative one and alternative two is that in the alternative two, I put dining table inside the house, and terrace pergola is not proposed. The terrace in the alternative two has the barbecue area with bar seats that can be perfect for entertaining guests or for barbecue party. Because the isolated pergola is not provided in the alternative two design, I put outdoor bio ethanol fireplace table to keep warm in the winter.
