This is my proposal for Arnoga competition. There are 2 Options:
1. First Option: 2 bedrooms on north-east and north-west and living/dinning/kitchen area on south. Bathroom leans on kitchen wall and it is the only wet node in the apartment. At the entrance there is walk in closet connecting bedrooms and bathroom. Option 1B is similar to Option 1A, the only difference is that there is closed walk in closet. I made a proposal to extend the terraces (if possible)
2.Second Option: sleeping area: Bedrooms on north-east and north south, bathroom and small walk in closet/storage. Kitchen is on north-west, and dinning on south-west. Difference between Option 2A and Option 2B is in the fireplace position and tv.
