Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Questa residenza è stata progettata tenendo sempre conto di uno stile moderno, ma allo stesso tempo rendendo l'ambiente molto accogliente grazie all'utilizzo di molti elementi in legno, sia sul pavimento, che sui mobili e sulle travi e il soffitto superiore.
Il soggiorno è integrato con la sala da pranzo e la cucina e costituisce un unico ambiente interconnesso, rendendo questa parte sociale della residenza molto ampia e bella.
Per quanto riguarda l'arredamento, nel soggiorno è stato collocato un grande e spazioso divano di fronte a un bel pannello TV moderno. In modo da conferire non solo bellezza al luogo, ma anche comfort ai residenti.
Con un tavolo grande e spazioso, in grado di ospitare 10 persone, la sala da pranzo è il cuore di questo appartamento. Dove la famiglia e gli amici possono riunirsi, accanto a un bel camino a legna, come richiesto dal residente, e sedersi davanti a un bel tavolo di legno per la cena, con la vista privilegiata che il residente ha chiesto di mantenere per questo luogo.
La cucina è stata progettata per l'ambiente in questione, al fine di sfruttare al meglio il suo spazio, con un buon piano di lavoro, un piano cottura, un frigorifero e un lavello, oltre a tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici che una cucina moderna richiede, progettati nel miglior modo possibile, portando sempre modernità e calore alla residenza.
Il bagno è stato progettato a partire da un corridoio, in modo che sia facilmente accessibile ai residenti che si trovano nelle camere da letto, e allo stesso tempo sia facilmente accessibile ai residenti e ai visitatori che si trovano nel soggiorno o nella sala da pranzo. Sempre mantenendo tutta la privacy necessaria all'ambiente.
Un piccolo spazio dedicato all'organizzazione della residenza, con armadi per la conservazione degli oggetti e una lavanderia per la pulizia.
Entrambe le camere da letto sono spaziose, con un grande armadio, un pannello TV e un bellissimo letto king size, accogliente e moderno.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and I hope you like it too!
This residence was designed always keeping in mind a modern style, but at the same time making the environment very cozy by the use of many wooden elements, both on the floor, furniture and beams and the upper ceiling.
The living room is integrated with the dining room and kitchen and forms one interconnected room, making this social part of the residence very large and beautiful.
As for the furniture, a large and spacious sofa has been placed in the living room in front of a beautiful modern TV panel. So as to give not only beauty to the place, but also comfort to the residents.
With a large and spacious table that can seat 10 people, the dining room is the heart of this apartment. Where family and friends can gather, next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, as requested by the resident, and sit in front of a beautiful wooden table for dinner, with the privileged view that the resident asked to maintain for this place.
The kitchen was designed for the room in question in order to make the best use of its space, with a good countertop, cooktop, refrigerator, and sink, as well as all the furniture and appliances that a modern kitchen requires, designed in the best possible way, always bringing modernity and warmth to the residence.
The bathroom is designed from a hallway, so that it is easily accessible to residents who are in the bedrooms, and at the same time easily accessible to residents and visitors who are in the living or dining room. Always maintaining all the privacy necessary for the environment.
A small space dedicated to residence organization, with closets for storage of items and a laundry room for cleaning.
Both bedrooms are spacious, with a large closet, a TV panel and a beautiful king-size bed, cozy and modern.
