In order to satisfy the Client's requests, many changes are not necessary compared to the original plan. The access to the living area has been moved to the place of the current toilet: the space destined to this room has been so destined to the single room (originally "room 3") which, equipped with a walk-in closet, reaches the required surface for a room double, equal to 14 square meters. This change has also allowed the creation of a small filter area which leads from the entrance to the sleeping area and then to the double bedroom with walk-in closet, the master bedroom and the main bathroom. The bathroom and the master bedroom remain unchanged. Given the generous surfaces, in version 2 of the project, the division of the bathroom into two independent bathrooms was proposed, one of which is accessible only from the master bedroom, with which it also communicates visually thanks to a glazed insert. Even the third room ("Room 2") does not change. Given its position, separated from the sleeping area but also from the living room, it is well suited to be used also as a study: one could even hypothesize an independent access from the common entrance hall. The service bath has been downsized, always considering the position of the drains, and is accessible from the living area, filtered by a hallway that also acts as a laundry, installing a washing machine and dryer in the column. From this disengagement one could also consider making access to the cellar, thus making it internally connected to the apartment. The living area remains basically unchanged, and only slightly scaled down. It is accessed from the L-shaped corridor of the entrance, with a lowered false ceiling and built-in lights, in which niches have been obtained to place wall cabinets with flush-fitting flush-fitting doors, perhaps glazed. The living area has a rectangular shape and overlooks the private garden. Given the position of the drains, the kitchen remains in its original position. It is proposed to furnish the back wall with columns (fridge, oven, pantry) to which to counter an island equipped with a sink and a snack counter for 2/3 people. To visually screen the kitchen (in particular the zone of the fires, which is the one that usually remains the most disordered), it was hypothesized in the project version n. 1 a fifth of wooden slats, which continue on the counter and create an effect I see - I can't see. In the project version n. 2 the kitchen is more isolated, shielded by a glass wall with a sliding glass door that disappears; the glass insert continues on the counter and with a rise and fall mechanism it allows to integrate the snack counter with the island or to leave it isolated. A large dining table for 8 people is located just beyond the island, while the large conversation area is located opposite the kitchen and faces the TV wall. The space in the middle can be left free to open a console that, alongside the dining table, increases the number of seats. When closed, instead, it becomes a support surface close to the sofa. Finally, the terrace is destined for the outdoor dining table and conversation area. A L-shaped tub runs along all the decking of the terrace and ideally separates it from the garden.
