When designing, I asked myself questions - what are your family preferences? where will you spend most of your time? What will make you feel comfortable and comfortable in this house?
I set myself the task of optimizing all available space as much as possible. My planning decision allows to increase the bedrooms and save the space of the kitchen-living room. A planned solution envisages moving the office to the upper left corner, where the wound was a kitchen, as well as changing the location of a small wc and bathroom.
The image of Floor plan_01 shows the color areas of different rooms, an explication is shown near the drawing. In each room, its area is indicated (a figure in a circle). Red color in 3d schemes shows new wall which should be built.

Laundry removed from the residential block to the cave
We enter the apartment.
Wardrobe (3sqm)
 On the left side is the entrance to the wardrobe room for outerwear and shoes. At the end of the cabinet is a depth of 600mm, on the right is a shelf. On the opposite side you can hang a mirror that will visually expand the space.
Bathroom (3,7sqm)
Next to the wardrobe is the main bathroom. Large bath, opposite the entrance are two small sinks and a large mirror. On the left it is a toilet, a bidet with installations, above which you can make lockers for hygiene items.
Bedroom 2 (14,2sqm)
On the right along the corridor is Bedroom 2. For it, I highlighted two windows, this allows you to well illuminate the entire space. Near the smaller window, I placed the desk. Next to it there are two large wardrobes. Opposite the bed on the wall is a TV, under it is a drawer, on the left is a flower.
Master bedroom (main berdoom - 15,7sqm)
The master bedroom also has a large wardrobe and a makeup table by the window. Opposite the bed is a TV, with a large pedestal underneath. On both sides of the bed are bedside tables for books.
Kitchen-living room (8,1 + 29,8 sqm=37,9 sqm total)
The living room kitchen is visually divided into several zones.
1. Kitchen area. On the left side of the working surfaces there is a hob, extractor hood, racks, in the upper left corner there is a refrigerator. Opposite there is a work surface with bar counter where residents can have a bite to eat. Demi island kithen. A sink is placed at the end of the composition.
2. Dining area. To the right of the entrance there is a large beautiful dining table for at least 6 people, but the area allows you to put a table for 10 people. Two large pendant lights can be hung above the table. The dining area will be romantically lit by daylight and artificial light.
3. Next is a relaxation area with 2 sofas. For comfort, you can place a carpet under them, put a coffee table on it.
The entire space of the kitchen of the living room smoothly flows into one another, it is harmonious and allows you to privacy. We also do not block access to the terrace.
Office (9,4 sqm)
In the office area there is a single bed, wardrobe, shelves and a desk. If necessary, a folding sofa can be placed on the left side, and a large wardrobe can be placed on the right (where the bed is now).
