we design for you this plan with fix placement of bathroom . in entrance we have spiral staircase to upper sunny room . and utility room that accommodate washing machine and other utility and use last kitchen piping . we have big open living kitchen with good light . we have two bedroom with nice light and the double bedroom have own Ripostiglio .
in upper sunny room we have bright cozy space with kitchen and bathroom . placement of bathroom and kitchen is in place to use same piping in lower level to have minimum piping cost.
