First of all I would like to express my satisfaction for the opportunity to work on this project.
The concept is based on the approach to satisfy two most important things.
The first thing is the client's needs written in the briefing and in the answers to the questions posted by the designers. The second thing that I was guided during the project is that the potentially this apartment represents a pleasant ambient, for guests, and to gain a strong impressions while staying in.
Several facts:
-Apartment is divided in two zones. (Day zone and night zone)
-Living room, dinning area and kitchen as an open space plan.
-Kitchen is located next to the bathroom, so that sink can be easily conected on bathroom drains.
-Bathroom is reorganized, so there is more usefull space,
-Apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with king size bed.
-Dinning area contains large table for 6, as requisted.
-Existing stucco works have been retained, and in some places new ones have been added.
