Il progetto offre una rifunzionalizzazione degli ambienti in ragione a quelle che sono le richieste da voi evidenziate; per fare questo si è partito da uno studio dimensionale degli ambienti necessari in modo da avere camere armoniose oltre ad una discreta zona giorno il tutto senza rinunciare alla funzionalità ricercata con sistemi contenitivi come l’armadio porta abiti all’ingresso, ma anche mobili incassati come in cucina oppure nel bagno per la zona lavanderia. Entrando ciò che si percepisce è l’ampiezza degli ambienti con zona living composta da divano con antistante mobile tv, tavolo da pranzo per almeno quattro persone e cucina lineare a parete con penisola per la colazione. La zona notte ha due bagni e due camere e si compone quindi di una prima camera con letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio open, bagno completo di tutti i servizi con zona lavanderia con possibilità di girarla dal lato del disimpegno notte se ritenuto più funzionale; e suite con bagno disimpegnato in camera con porta esterna che dà accesso al giardino. Grazie anche alle porte scorrevoli e all’inserimento di arredi dal giusto compromesso tra comodità e ingombro si sono ottimizzati gli spazi. Inoltre la zona esterna coperta viene proposta con divano a panca angolare e due comode poltroncine di design per completare il salottino d’ingresso.

The project offers a refunctionalization of the environments based on the requests you have highlighted; to do this we started from a dimensional study of the necessary environments in order to have harmonious rooms as well as a discreet living area, all without giving up the functionality sought with storage systems such as the clothes wardrobe at the entrance, but also built-in furniture such as in the kitchen or in the bathroom for the laundry area. Upon entering, what you perceive is the spaciousness of the rooms with a living area consisting of a sofa with a TV cabinet in front, a dining table for at least four people and a linear wall-mounted kitchen with a breakfast peninsula. The sleeping area has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and therefore consists of a first bedroom with double bed and open walk-in closet, bathroom complete with all services with laundry area with the possibility of turning it to the night hallway side if deemed more functional; and suite with disengaged bathroom in the bedroom with external door giving access to the garden. Thanks also to the sliding doors and the inclusion of furnishings with the right compromise between comfort and space, the spaces have been optimised. Furthermore, the covered outdoor area is offered with a corner bench sofa and two comfortable designer armchairs to complete the entrance lounge.
