The project proposal focuses on the reconfiguration of an existing ground floor in order to create a functional and aesthetic spatial configuration.

The main entrance leads to an open space that accommodates a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. This open space continues with a small corridor that connects to the main bathroom and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a total area of 17.90 sqm and it includes a storage/wardrobe area, an ensuite bathroom and a connection to the outdoor area through a set of French doors.

In terms of materiality, the proposal focuses on using wood and a neutral and color palette with white and grey tones that enhance the natural light and create the impression of wider and larger rooms.

In conclusion, the design approach aims to be minimalistic and non-intrusive, meanwhile generating a fluent and operational space that is both cost-efficient and practical.
