CONCEPT & STRATEGIES:
In this renovation design the main aim was to give minimalistic approach by which there would be less alterations but it will fulfill the requirements of the design, so we have started designing the master bedroom with an attached toilet and after that the remaining space was subdivided into three parts top make second bedroom, common washroom & a hall serving the purpose of kitchen, living & dinning at the same time. Local Materials has been taken into account like Italian floor marble, Different types of Oak wood textures, wooden wall panels (or the alternate of it is plastic wood wall panel). So by this way client may have more utilities in less money & less alterations.

Also after the competition if client will need support from us, we will be available & if he/she wants more construction details or furniture details, we will be their with full support.
