In termini di schema distributivo nessuna significativa modifica è suggerita rispetto al progetto del costruttore ad eccezione di una riguardante la forma dei bagni. Mantenendo l’attuale planimetria, infatti, non si saprebbe bene come risolvere le due camere adiacenti. La collocazione delle loro porte d’ingresso molto a ridosso dell’angolo infatti non consente di addossare alla parete gli armadi rimanendo nascosti il più possibile. Accadrebbe che, non appena entrati in una delle camere, ci si troverebbe di fronte al fianco di un armadio o di fronte al lato lungo di un letto … Stringendo e allargando però i bagni, si riesce a spostare le porte in questione un po' più in alto così da lasciare almeno 65 centimetri di spazio nei confronti del muro per collocarvi gli armadi. Di fronte a questi, poi, tutta la camera a disposizione: il letto matrimoniale nel caso della camera dei genitori e letto più scrivania nell’altro caso. In entrambe le situazioni, poi, i percorsi interni alle camere sarebbero corretti: dalla porta si raggiunge grossomodo il centro del locale, la finestra e tutti gli arredi posti lungo il perimetro. Da questo cambiamento, inoltre, i bagni non avrebbero alcuna ricaduta. Come si legge da disegni rimarrebbero due locali piuttosto ampi, dotati di doccia come da indicazioni e doppio lavabo. Per la terza camera, da me immaginata per il figlio maschio, non è purtroppo possibile ipotizzare miglioramenti per non ridurre le dimensioni del ripostiglio adiacente ma collocando armadio e letto sulla parete di testa opposta all’ingresso si riesce comunque ad avere un utilizzo razionale dello spazio. Questa camera è la più piccola delle tre ma è dotata di balcone che può diventare, a tutti gli effetti, un ulteriore spazio da vivere. La cucina rimane dove previsto con la sola modifica alla porta d’ingresso: invece che una semplice scorrevole si potrebbe pensare ad una scorrevole doppia con ante in vetro così da offrire una maggiore fruizione degli spazi a giorno. Dal living si intravede l’interno della cucina e il balcone sullo sfondo e viceversa: dalla cucina si intravede la zona pranzo e il living. Questo è disegnato diviso in senso trasversale, cioè il pranzo verso l’ingresso e di fronte alla cucina e il soggiorno vero e proprio rivolto verso il balcone a sua volta ben arredato. La televisione, comunque importante, è pensata a parete sul fianco destro dei divani comodamente visibile da almeno cinque persone sedute. A chiudere un po' lo spazio del pranzo, invece, una parete in muratura che dalla porta blindata si spinge verso la cucina e consente, lato ingresso, di realizzare un vano guardaroba e appendiabiti chiuso da due ante scorrevoli. La testa di questo volume, poi, va terminata con una libreria in muratura ( cartongesso portante ) che si accoppia all’altra prevista accanto ai divani e di fronte alla televisione. In alternativa a questa proposta comunque si potrebbe ipotizzare l’utilizzo del mobile giorno di recupero. Alle spalle del tavolo da pranzo, infatti, è previsto proprio l’altro mobile di recupero ( basso ad ante battenti ) unitamente ai quadri .
Da segnalare, oltre all’ovvio mantenimento dell’attuale controsoffitto per ragioni impiantistiche, il suo prolungamento anche lungo la parete su cui affacciano le porte di accesso alla cucina e alla zona notte dei genitori. Lungo e stretto, pensato solo per raccordare i vari pilastri e valorizzare il resto della zona giorno così distinto. Tra l’altro qui si potrebbero collocare opportuni faretti incasso per l’illuminazione della libreria e degli accessi ai locali di cui sopra.
Per quanto riguarda le finiture, ad eccezione del pavimento in legno prefinito indicato ( rovere spazzolato ), si propone l’utilizzo di Kerlite Cotto d’Este nei bagni. Un gres robustissimo di basso spessore ( mm 3,5 ) disponibile in formati molto grandi ( cm 100 x 100 ) e in molteplici finiture. Dagli effetti pietra ai marmi e alle finiture metalliche, molto in voga in questo periodo. Il costo, sebbene non esattamente economico, è comunque ben rapportato alla qualità del prodotto e limitato nella quantità poiché immaginato solo per i rivestimenti verticali dei bagni dal momento che si prevede l’uso del legno a terra anche in questi ambienti. Lo stesso dicasi per il pavimento della cucina all’interno della quale si potrebbe ipotizzare di fare a meno di rivestimenti verticali. Dal momento che il punto più delicato e soggetto a usura è la parte retrostante alle attrezzature, si potrebbe ipotizzare uno schienale di cucina molto alto oppure una semplice tinteggiatura a smalto della tinta preferita. Nel resto della casa, tinteggiature con idropittura in tre tinte: bianco per tutti i plafoni affiancato da una miscela di avorio ( RAL 1013 ) e grigio piuttosto intenso ( RAL 7010 ) che danno un aspetto moderno ma caldo. Volendo accentuare questo aspetto, poi, l’uso di carta da parati in soggiorno e nelle camere potrebbe accentuare il senso di decoro e di calore degli ambienti. Molto in voga i rigoni verticali, i motivi floreali leggeri o geometrici su bianco e nero. Approfittando dei muri tinteggiati infine un battiscopa bianco avrebbe il vantaggio di legarsi ai coprifili delle porte interne, anch’essi di questo colore, e costituire un filo che corre per tutta la casa senza interruzione…Gli arredi, come suggerito nel briefing, sono immaginati piuttosto economici quindi Ikea, Made etc … ma l’importante è che siano moderni e di colori affini al mood generale proposto: famiglia dei marroni o dei grigi ma in varianti spente. Anche la cucina è pensata Ikea in laminato polimerico bianco, magari con gole al posto delle vistose maniglie e un top in quarzo.Importante arredare anche gli spazi esterni, i balconi, con un pavimento in legno per esterni ( anche questo si trova all’Ikea ), sedie tavoli in rattan ( nero o tinta naturale ) e un’illuminazione bassa con faretti a incasso parete.

In terms of distributional scheme it is suggested no significant change compared to the manufacturer with the exception of a project concerning the form of the baths. Maintaining the current plan, in fact, it would know well how to solve not the two adjacent rooms. The location of their very close angle input ports does allow to shift to the cabinets wall remaining hidden as much as possible. That would happen, not just entered one of the rooms, it would be facing the side of a cabinet or facing the long side of a bed ... Gritting and therefore enlarging the bathrooms, you can move the doors in question a bit 'more above, so as to leave at least 65 cm of space against the wall in order to place the cabinets. Faced with these, then, all the room available: the double bed in the case of the parents room and bed and a desk in the other case. In both situations, then, internal paths to the rooms would be correct: the door is reached roughly the center of the room, the window and all the places furniture around the perimeter. Since this change, also the bathrooms would have no relapse. As you read from drawings remain two local rather large, with a shower as per directions and double washbasin. For the third bedroom, which I imagined for male children, is unfortunately not possible to envisage improvements to reduce the size of the adjacent storeroom but placing wardrobe and bed head on the wall opposite the entrance you are still manages to have a rational use of space . As for the finish, with the exception of prefinished hardwood floor indicated (brushed oak), it is proposed the use of Kerlite Cotto d'Este in the bathrooms. A stoneware low thickness very strong (3.5 mm) available in very large sizes (100 x 100 cm) and in several finishes. From stone effects to marble and metallic finishes, very popular in this period. The cost, although not exactly cheap, is however well compared to the quality of the product and limited in quantity since only imagined for vertical bathroom coverings since it provides for the use of wood to the ground also in these environments. The same applies to the kitchen floor in which it could be assumed to do without using vertical wall. Since the most delicate and subject to wear point is the rear of the equipment, it could be assumed a backrest of very high kitchen or simply painting in enamel of the preferred tint. In the rest of the house, painting with water-based paint in three colors: white for all the ceilings supported by a mixture of ivory (RAL 1013) and gray pretty intense (RAL 7010) that give a modern look but warm. Wanting to emphasize this aspect, then, the use of wallpaper in the living room and bedrooms may accentuate the sense of decorum and warm rooms. Very popular vertical-striped, light floral or geometric black and white. Taking advantage of the walls painted, finally, a white baseboards would have the advantage of bonding with the blend of interior doors, also of this color, and form a thread that runs through the house without interruption ... The furnishings, as suggested in the briefing, they are imagined rather so cheap Ikea, Made etc ... but the important thing is that they are modern and similar colors to the general mood proposed: the brown or gray family but off variants. Even the kitchen is designed Ikea White polymer laminate, perhaps with grooves instead of showy handles and a top quarzo.Importante also furniture for outdoor spaces, balconies, with a wooden floor outdoor (even this is Ikea ), rattan chairs tables (black or natural finish) and low lighting with spotlights recessed wall.
