At the request of the investor, all appartmant is divided on day and night zone. In the original solution the kitchen and dining room are visually divided with floor material and small bar. In this proposal kitchen have its own entrance from hallway. In the alternative solution this space have one entrance and its organized more as "open space" concept. Also, in order to compensate lost space, that is planed to be a wardrobe, and that is taken from the quest room, solution of this project is to locate a bed above the mentioned wardrobe. With this, we will uses full story height. Besides this bed also is planned one sofa bed. Guest bathroom with shower is most of the part was kept as it is. The concept of every room is contrast of bright and dark, soft and hard, cold and warm. The idea is to create modern and functional space with a note of luxury.
