With my renovation project I tried to meet the 'needs of the client without unduly affecting the original system of the house. As first responders has demolished the partition of separation between the living area and the entrance corridor, in order to give right away, as you enter, the idea of ​​a light and airy atmosphere. the demolition of this partition, however, has discovered a pillar, which, however, has been suitably incorporated in a bookcase (furniture 3) with the purpose to divide but at the same time to join the living area with the entrance area, thus creating a fifth placed behind the dining table. The living area is conceptually divided into two areas, the dining area and the seating area while near the seating area has been designed a semi-movable wall (furnishing 4) consists of two libraries and two full-height sliding doors that bring communication the living area with a second room that could be used as a study area or as a second sitting room where possibly watch TV. The kitchen is separated from the living area but it is in direct contact with the dining area. To the right of the front door it is designed with a small closet doors flush with the wall to be able to store jackets and anything else just walked into the house. Next to the closet is the front door of the maid's room, furnished with a small wardrobe, a bed and a cupboard. The utility room is served by a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet with shower. The sleeping area is accessed via a sliding door-to-ceiling, behind which, a hallway, smaller than the previous, allows access to the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The old bathroom, very large, was divided in two, thus obtaining a main bathroom with bath and mobile with two sinks and a bathroom a bit 'smaller with a shower in the master bedroom service. As requested by the client we have been realized three bedrooms, the master bedroom, a second bedroom furnished as a small single bedroom with a square and a half, but large enough to be used as a double room and finally a single room. To finish it was decided to use the oak parquet in the sleeping area with slatted medium 90x1200 cm size, while for the rest of the house except for bathrooms porcelain stoneware with a square format of great size
DESCRIZIONE
Con il mio progetto di ristrutturazione ho cercato di soddisfare l’ esigenze della committenza senza alterare eccessivamente l’impianto originale della casa. Come primo intervento si è demolito il tramezzo di separazione fra la zona giorno e il corridoio d’ingresso, in modo da dare subito ,appena si entra, l’idea di un ambiente luminoso e arioso. la demolizione di questo tramezzo ha però scoperto un pilastro, il quale però è stato opportunamente inglobato in una libreria a giorno (arredo 3) con lo scopo di dividere ma nello stesso tempo unire la zona living con la zona d’ingresso, creando cosi una quinta posta alle spalle del tavola da pranzo. La zona living è concettualmente divisa in due aree, la zona pranzo e la zona salotto mentre a ridosso della zona salotto è stata progettata una parete semi-mobile(arredo 4) costituita da due librerie e da due porte scorrevoli a tutta altezza che mettono in comunicazione la zona living con un secondo ambiente che potrebbe essere utilizzato come area studio o come un secondo salottino dove guardare eventualmente la tv. La cucina è separata dalla zona giorno ma è comunque in diretto contatto con al zona pranzo. A destra della porta d’ingresso dell’appartamento è stato progettato un piccolo armadio con ante a filo muro per poter riporre giacche e quant’altro appena entrati in casa. Accanto all’armadio a muro si trova la porta d’ingresso della camera di servizio, allestita con un piccolo armadio, un letto e una madia. La camera di servizio è servita da un piccolo bagno con doccia, lavabo e wc con doccetta. Alla zona notte si accede mediante una porta scorrevole a tutt’altezza, dietro la quale, un corridoio, più piccolo rispetto al precedente, permette l’accesso alle camere da letto e al bagno principale. Il vecchio bagno, molto grande, è stato diviso in due, ottenendo cosi un bagno principale con vasca e mobile con due lavandini e un bagno un po’ più piccolo con doccia a servizio della camera matrimoniale. Come richiesto dalla committenza sono state realizzate tre camere da letto, la camera matrimoniale, una seconda camera un più piccola allestita come singola con letto ad una piazza e mezza ma abbastanza grande da poter essere utilizzata come camera doppia e infine la camera singola. Per le finiture si è pensato di utilizzare del parquet rovere nella zona notte con doghe di dimensione media 90x1200 cm, mentre per il resto della casa ad esclusione dei bagni un gress porcellanato con formato quadrangolare di grande dimensione.
