apartment for students or workers. I would like a suggest to do 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms , and a kitchen. now, there are not 5 rooms as you can see in the plan, I would like ideas on how to make them. even very small rooms (10/12 sqm). there are not outdoor spaces.
I would put hot water boiler for the two bathrooms.
the two bathrooms also very small, in one of the two you have to insert a washing machine.
the space of the kitchen can not be modified. the bathrooms you can modify. also, i prefer to mantain the new 2 bathrooms near the position of “bagno 1”
I have not included photos of the current state because the house is entirely renovated.
facilities: all cheap material , ikea or also other, 2-door wardrobe with drawers, bedside table lamp and desk chair single bed (maximum cost furniture for bedrooms € 320)
