We are very happy to have participated in your competition. Due to the appropriate interior design of the house, we only optimized the spaces. Due to the proper location of the kitchen and its proximity to the terrace, we kept its location constant and only opened it by destroying the surrounding walls. We tried to reduce the cost of drainage plumbing by keeping the kitchen and bathrooms fixed.
We envisioned a laundry room near the master bedroom and turned the unusable space in the hall into a private study space with a library and a comfortable sofa. We envisioned a bio-ethanol fireplace without a chimney in the living room.
On the terrace we envisioned a gym. Behind the gym we placed a jacuzzi which we placed in such a way that it is not visible from inside the house. We provided for a part of the terrace with a retractable cover that can be opened and closed during the day and night.
We chose colors from a combination of neutral colors with wood and stone.
