The proposal divides the apartment in two units with a straight wall connecting the structural columns.

The bigger unit counts two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. It can host a family, with a double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other bedroom. The heating boiler, present in the original bathroom, can be incorporated in the kitchen of this unit.

The smaller unit has a bathroom and a living room big enough for a double bed. It can host a single visitor or a couple.

The existing herringbone wood flooring enjoys a prominent presence in both units.
