The ideas is to optimize the space of 90sqm provided such that two beautiful Holiday Homes can be planned. The planning while retaining the interior partition and the flooring of the two existing bedrooms is done , which will help the client in budget ad also gives well organized spaces for the users.
The key element is to bring natural light to each and every corner of the Holiday Home and to give a sense of openness. The sliding doors with frosted glass is imagined and used to bring the light to the depth of the home. Two option are proposed one with both holiday home having living with kitchen , bedroom and a common toilet , second with the two bedrooms in one of the holiday homes.
The two separate entrance provided for each Holiday Apartment welcoming with the openness of the living room where most of the time is spent by the users. The living room is provided with a kitchen in close proximity. The toilets are tried to be retained in the same existing position so that the plumbing points can be installed easily. The existing bedroom were having a defined flooring in the rectangular with herringbone pattern inside which is also retained so that it merges with the space.
The overall interior is conceptualized as the compact and modern interior with built in storage spaces and wardrobe and also movable or sliding doors which makes the space open with a single slide of finger.
