La richiesta del cliente era quella di rendere più funzionali gli spazi dell’appartamento in loro possesso. L’idea progettuale presentata si è tradotta in due proposte.
Proposta 1:
questa soluzione è più funzionale ed accoglie appieno la richiesta. Si divide per zone: zona giorno e zona notte.
Nella zona giorno viene riprogettato l’ingresso, inserendo un piccolo setto in cartongesso che separa leggermente gli ambienti e contiene anche un guardaroba; superato l’ingresso ci si trova nel living, composto da zona pranzo e soggiorno, ho posizionato il divano difronte il camino, il quale viene incorporato in una parete e da una libreria a tutta altezza; la cucina si trova nella posizione originaria ma rimane a vista grazie a delle vetrate, proprio come suggerito dal cliente (maggiore luce, possibilità di creare un unico ambiente ed infine barriera per gli odori); dietro la cucina ho previsto il laboratorio, oltre ad essere una piccola sala hobby può essere usato come dispensa, la porta che separa queste stanze potrebbe avere una finitura lavagna, utile e moderna.
La zona notte si trova sul lato destro della pianta. Utilizzando il corridoio preesistente si accede alla camera padronale con bagno privato, al bagno secondario fornito di lavatrice ed asciugatrice, e alla camera singola. Per la cameretta sono state presentate soluzioni differenti nel caso in cui non possa essere utilizzato l’armadio già in possesso.
È stata prestata attenzione anche per i terrazzi, allestendoli e arricchendoli con vegetazione e arredo.
Proposta 2:
questa soluzione differisce dall’altra nella disposizione della cucina; infatti tra questa e il living viene inserito il laboratorio. Entrambi gli ambienti sono divisi da vetrate con ante scorrevoli. Questo spazio può essere trasformato in angolo pranzo/colazione.
Garage:
per il garage si richiedeva una trasformazione delle destinazioni d’uso, creare un appartamento per gli ospiti. Anche qui sono state presentate due soluzioni, che si differenziano tra loro solo per la disposizione della cucina. Per il bagno ho mantenuto la metratura originaria, in quanto ritengo che ci sia spazio sufficiente per la funzione di bagno ospiti, basta inserire sanitari moderni.
Un altro motivo è dettato dall’aspetto economico, in questo modo si potrà destinare meglio il budget per le rifiniture e gli arredi dell’appartamento principale.

Proposal 1:

In the living area the entrance is redesigned, inserting a small plasterboard septum that slightly separates the rooms and also contains a wardrobe; After the entrance you are in the living room, consisting of a dining area and living room, I placed the sofa in front of the fireplace, which is incorporated into a wall and a full-height bookcase; the kitchen is located in its original position but remains visible thanks to the windows, just as suggested by the customer (more light, possibility of creating a single environment and finally barrier for odors); Behind the kitchen I provided the laboratory, in addition to being a small hobby room can be used as a pantry, the door that separates these rooms could have a blackboard finish, useful and modern.
The sleeping area is located on the right side of the plant. Using the existing corridor leads to the master bedroom with private bathroom, to the secondary bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer, and to the single bedroom. For the bedroom, different solutions have been presented in case the wardrobe already in possession cannot be used.
Attention has also been paid to the terraces, setting them up and enriching them with vegetation and furniture.

Proposal 2:
this solution differs from the other in the arrangement of the kitchen; In fact, between this and the living room the laboratory is inserted. Both rooms are divided by windows with sliding doors. This space can be transformed into a dining / breakfast corner.

Garage:
For the garage required a transformation of the intended use, create an apartment for guests. Here, too, two solutions were presented, which differ from each other only in the layout of the kitchen. For the bathroom I kept the original square footage, as I believe that there is enough space for the function of guest bathroom, just insert modern sanitary ware.
Another reason is dictated by the economic aspect, in this way you can better allocate the budget for the finishes and furnishings of the main apartment.
