Hello dear client,
we tried our best to find a solution that best fitted your requests, and we really like the end result.
For the tone of mood of the atmosphere we felt inspired by the name of your competition, using the Aqua Verde tone as the highlight of the atmosphere, where plenty of milky white color and careful touches of natural tones of oak create the main base.
Only the main bedroom, the double one, goes against this trend of the house, where we thought to create e more warm and intimate feeling by using warm tones, as you see in the renders.
Most of the details of the presentation are explained in the specific boards, and in the renders we include the light scenarios, from the morning light with no artificial ones, to the full tone with all the switches on, and in-between. It is fun and the client get to have a sense of why to get all this layers of lights, while watching the space lit in different ways.
For the furniture we go with IKEA line, since they are on the budget side, modern and elegant. And we could find the smallest dimensions of bed frames in the market (160x200 for the double and 90x200 for the single), since we are using every centimeter here, to make things work for the best.
In the bathroom we created a small laundry area, where you have the full 60x60cm washing machine, full dryer and 80L boiler in a column that is designed to be hidden by a sliding wooden door that looks amazing a modern. No messy looking parts in the bathroom, everything organized. You can see this part in the last renders of the bathroom.
