Hello there, This is my First project on the GoPillar platform, I am UAE (Dubai) based Designer and, my attempt to design your home. Attached is the preliminary design set for Versatile home. I have respected your brief while planning to the maximum extent.

Care has been taken to ensure that the First floor and basement can be cutoff from the main house as required by locking the doors from the staircase to create independent apartment units. all windows on the first floor face away from the Rear yard.

Maximum possible Floor area & lot Coverage is achieved give the plan requirement. All basement rooms have light and ventilation by light wells. Care has been taken to incorporate all the details requested in the Brief, Any further amendment can be added as required..

Building Façade is kept simple with highlights of window frames & stone Cladding on strategic walls.
