Salve a tutti! finalmente sono riuscito a completare i disegni...dopo un'esperienza in ambito retail (settore casa/divano) mi sono cimentato in questo progetto.
Ho cercato di seguire il brief del cliente con la previsione delle tre camere da letto, con la camera più importante sul retro verso il giardino e la piscina; la predisposizione di 3 bagni; una cucina con tavolo da pranzo; il living con grande tavolo. Sulla main entrance dalla strada, ho previsto un portico e le scale di distribuzione ai piani superiore e interrato sul fronte principale. Ho cercato di mantenere le distanze previste dal confine con qualche piccolo slittamento per rendere i passaggi interni più fruibili, specie nella zona living. Al piano superiore e all'interrato ho cercato ugualmente di rispettare le richieste e i metri quadri previsti. Ho realizzato un collage di immagini al posto del rendering, come ispirazione a uno stile coloniale ma moderno: per gli esterni, ma soprattutto per gli interni. L'idea è quella di creare un mix equilibrato di materiali e colori caldi a superfici più modern e colori più nordici, per avere un'eleganza non troppo formale, un country modern abbastanza trasversale. Gli esterni hanno volumetrie semplici, ma piccoli slittamenti in altezza, il tetto con falde, la varietà di finestre ed aperture, l'uso di balaustre e colonnine rendono l'insieme non monotono. Nelle sezioni ho evidenziato le altezze ed eventuali materiali di realizzazione delle strutture principali. Nella pianta tridimensionale ho fatto una associazione tra le foto più significative e alcuni ambienti del piano principale. Spero che il progetto incontri i gusti del cliente, io mi sono impegnato e ho trovato nuovi stimoli e una certa passione nel farlo. I have tried to keep the distances foreseen by the border with some small slips to make the internal passages more usable, especially in the living area. Upstairs and in the basement, I have also tried to respect the expected requests and the square meters. I have made a collage of images instead of rendering, as inspiration for a colonial but modern style: for the exteriors, but above all for the interiors. The idea is to create a balanced mix of materials and warm colors with more modern surfaces and more Nordic colors, to have a not too formal elegance, a fairly transversal country modern. The exteriors have simple volumes, but small slides in height, the pitched roof, the variety of windows and openings, the use of balustrades and columns make the whole not to much monotonous. In the sections I have highlighted the heights and any materials for the construction of the main structures. In the three-dimensional plan I made an association between the most significant photos and some rooms on the main floor. I hope the project meets the client's tastes, I have committed myself and I have found new motivation and a certain passion in doing it.
