In this project, an attempt has been made to put the spaces together in the right proportions.
Ground floor: The entrance has been changed and the space on the right has been selected as the entrance space, bathroom and studio and stairs. The main location of the kitchen has not changed so that the plumbing does not cost much and has only become larger, the arch has been used to enlarge the connection between the living space and the kitchen. The suggested color for the kitchen is white and the pantry is located next to the kitchen. A glass wall has also been used to separate the kitchen and dining area. An offer for living under a chair for home space is also designed.
The space under the stairs is also open to be used for a small garden. First floor: three bedrooms and a master are designed, in the master bedroom there is a wallless bathroom with a modern room, the place of the previous bathroom and toilet is preserved, which is also better in terms of cost. A space for play and laundry is also provided, it is suggested to use the terrace for sports space.
