I do not have many constraints to be put to the imagination of designers.
The only limitations are:
the walls can not be demolished or moved since the house was condoned and by italian laws cannot be changed;
I would like to have a way to enjoy the view from the big window in any way.
For the rest go ahead with your immagination.
I’d like to take advantage of the heights as the ceiling is measuring 350cms.
The bathroom door measures 60cms and the one that divides the two rooms is 70cms. the windows are 200 x 60 cms
By living abroad and using the house only a few days a month I’d like it to resembling to a small hotelً apartment: bathroom, kitchen, bed, chairs and desks.
Bed 140x 200 for me and a sofa or chair bed would be ideal … I guess!
In the small bathroom it must fit the shower which is now outside.
The water points can be moved at will, I do not need a bidet and a dishwasher. The washing machine would be fine if you find space otherwise we can avoid it.
A wardrobe like the one in the last picture uploaded would be nice so I can hide the suitcase on my return.
The house still should be designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people, the sofa bed only as an emergency.
The budget in my mind is maximum 20,000 euro.
