Ho pensato di proporre tre differenti ipotesi per la suddivisione dell'appartamento in due distinte unità.
Le prime due ipotesi presentano gli ingressi ai due appartamenti sulla sinistra dell'ascensore, dove adesso c'è l'unico accesso. La terza ipotesi invece prevederebbe l'apertura di un secondo ingresso alla destra dell'ascensore. Ho letto in una delle risposte agli altri architetti che l'ipotesi di aprire questo secondo ingresso non sarebbe praticabile, ma ho pensato ugualmente di presentare la planimetria nel caso fosse utile come spunto per la disposizione di alcuni arredi.
La prima ipotesi prevede, per l'appartamento di destra, un accesso diretto nella zona giorno, con un soggiorno che potrebbe essere parzialmente schermato con una libreria, un'angolo cottura con isola che funziona anche come tavolo da pranzo ( ma potrebbe anche essere solo un tavolo spostando la zona cottura di fianco al lavandino ). Il bagno verrebbe a trovarsi in fondo all'appartamento, e sarebbe grande a sufficienza per avere una grande doccia oppure una vasca da bagno.
Per l'appartamento di sinistra invece l'ingresso si apre su un corridoio in fondo al quale ho ricavato un mobile guardaroba, mentre invece un secondo corto corridoio perpendicolare al primo attraversa la zona della camera da letto e del bagno per raggiungere la zona giorno caratterizzata da un open space con angolo cottura pranzo e soggiorno.
La seconda ipotesi prevede invece, per l'appartamento di destra, un ingresso su di un corridoio che lambendo la camera matrimoniale e il bagno, conduce alla zona giorno posta in fondo all'appartamento. La zona giorno è anche in questo caso un open space con soggiorno pranzo e angolo cottura. Il bagno è proposto con un closet ( sanitari separati ) e una zona con lavabo e grande piatto doccia.
L'appartamento di sinistra invece prevede un corridoio di ingresso più corto , in fondo al quale ho ricavato un armadio che in parte è guardaroba, in parte colonna frigorifero e forno per la cucina. Ho pensato di proporre un pannello scorrevole che possa nascondere le colonne elettrodomestici quando non vengono utilizzate.
Un piccolo disimpegno porta al bagno proposto con doccia ma con la possibilità di avere al posto della doccia una vasca da bagno, e alla camera da letto abbastanza spaziosa con armadio a muro.
Infine l'ultima soluzione con l'apertura dell'ingresso alla destra dell'ascensore: in questo caso l'appartamento di sinistra potrebbe essere sfruttato al meglio senza perdere superficie per realizzare corridoi di distribuzione, riuscendo a ricavare anche un locale lavanderia/ripostiglio che può sempre essere utile. L'appartamento di destra ne guadagnerebbe un disimpegno zona notte che immetterebbe nella camera da letto e nel bagno.
Il soggiorno sarebbe leggermente più spazioso.


I have decided to offer three different options for the division of the apartment into two separate units.
The first two proposals have the entrances on the left of the elevator, where there's currently the access. The third hypothesis otherwise contemplate a second entrance on the right of the elevator. I read in one of the answers to an other architect that the idea of opening this second entrance would not be possible, but I thought in any case to present the plan as it could be useful as a starting point for the disposal of some furniture.
The first hypothesis provides, for the right apartment, a direct access to the living area, with a living room that could be partially filtered with a library, a kitchen corner with an island that also works as a dining table (but it could also be just a table if you choose to move the cooking area next to the sink). The bathroom would be in the bottom of the apartment, and would be large enough to have a great shower or a bathtub.
For the left apartment, the entrance opens onto a corridor down which I got a cabinet wardrobe, whereas a second short corridor perpendicular to the first reach the living area characterized an open space with kitchen and living room.
The second hypothesis provides, for the right apartment, an entrance on a corridor passing the master bedroom and the bathroom, & leading to the living area placed at the bottom of the apartment. The living area is, even in this case, an open floor plan with living room and kitchenette. The bathroom is proposed with a closet (separate sanitary) and an area with sink and large shower.
The apartment on the left instead provides an entrance on a shorter corridor, at the end of which I got a wardrobe that is partly used as a wardrobe, partly for fridge and oven . I thought of proposing a sliding panel that can hide the appliances when not in use.
A small hallway leads to the bathroom proposed with shower but with the possibility to have a bathtub instead of the shower, and to the bedroom which is quite spacious with a fitted wardrobe.
Finally, the last solution with the new opening to the right of the elevator: in this case the flat on the left could be best exploited without losing surface to achieve corridors distribution, being able to obtain also a laundry / storage room that can always be useful. The apartment on the right would gain a hallway that enter the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area would be slightly more spacious
