PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project start from the entrance which distributes the whole apartment not only to accompany the living area, but also acting as an element of separation between the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The entrance is provided by a storage space for coats. Other wardrobe are included in the walls. The particular configuration of the apartment allows to configure the bedrooms as two independent entities. The bedrooms are served by a dedicated bathroom and one of them is served with a dressing room. The two bathrooms have both a large shower and they are thinked for furniture 'minimal'. Great importance has given to the living area which is very spacious and features a large living room. In the generous kitchen is putted an american bench for breakfast and/or quick lunch. The proposal has to be redifined with some most precisious measures, even in reference to the positioning of the windows. Also a special study should be made to the wall colors for matching the color of doors and windows. The floor is thinked entirely in wood for making the space warm and modern at the same time and also for uniform the whole apartment, The lighting system, given the height of the ceiling, shold be made by invisible spotlights inserted in a plasterboard ceiling and, perhaps, it's should be putted some wall sconces in the living room and some suspended lights above the dining table. The project is well fixed into the budget.
DESCRIZIONE DEL PROGETTO
Il progetto prevede un ingresso che di fatto distribuisce l'intero appartamento non solo accompagnando verso la zona giorno, ma anche fungendo da elemento di separazione tra le due camere ed i due servizi. Nell'ingresso è previsto uno spazio contenitivo per i cappotti. Altre armadiature a muro sono inserite nella distribuzione dei muri. La particolare conformazione dell'appartamento permette di configurare le camere come due entità indipendenti. Le camere sono entrambe servite da un bagno dedicato ed una di esse è servita da una cabina armadio. I due bagni sono dotati di un ampio piatto doccia e sono pensati per un arredamento 'minimal'. Grande importanza è stata data alla zona giorno che risulta molto spaziosa ed è caratterizzata da un grande salone ed una generosa cucina nella quale si è pensato di inserire un banco americano per le colazioni e/o pasti veloci. Lo schema distributivo proposto va affinato con delle misure più precise, anche in riferimento al posizionamento dei serramenti. Inoltre uno studio particolare andrebbe fatto per i colori delle pareti da abbinare al colore di porte e finestre. La pavimentazione è pensata totalmente in legno, sia per rendere l'ambiente caldo e allo stesso tempo moderno, sia per permettere di uniformare in modo ottimale un appartamento delle dimensioni come quelle dell'appartamento proposto. Lo schema di illuminazione, data l'altezza dei locali, potrebbe essere composto da faretti a scomparsa inseriti in abbassamenti in cartongesso e, perchè no, da delle appliques nel soggiorno e da dei corpi illuminanti a sospensione sopra il tavolo da pranzo. Il progetto rientra ampiamente nel budget di spesa.
