The villa features an open, geometric layout that emphasizes a seamless connection between its interior spaces and the surrounding outdoor environment, which includes a central pool area.

Specialized Spaces: It includes a piano hall and a kitchen.

Support and Access: The program incorporates guest room facilities, vertical access points, and a central pool.
