Descrizione Progetto

In the vibrant city of Rabat, this urban project unfolds as a socially integrated residential enclave, strategically positioned to facilitate meaningful interactions among its 7,800 inhabitants. The central aim of the endeavor is to nurture social connectivity by seamlessly weaving pedestrian pathways throughout the neighborhood. Emphasis is placed on a delicate balance between solid and void spaces, ensuring a harmonious interplay between built and open environments.

At the heart of the design lies a central square, acting as the epicenter from which the layout diverges towards the residential units. This intentional design allows for a high level of permeability, fostering improved connections between distinct zones within the community. The layout is meticulously structured to establish a clear hierarchy, beginning from the central public space and extending towards more private domains.

Critical to the vision is the creation of a dynamic and inclusive community. The central square, envisioned as an attraction hub, serves as a focal point for essential amenities, contributing significantly to the amplification of interactions among residents from diverse social backgrounds. This urban project seeks to cultivate a sense of belonging and shared experiences, ultimately fostering a vibrant and interconnected community in the heart of Rabat.
