SMART 135

SMART 135 is located in the Nueva Autopista neighborhood of Bogotá. The facade is designed in muñeca stone, a material known for its high resistance and aesthetic appeal. The balconies are made up of white metal panels with custom-designed cutouts, and warm colors in the concrete complement the volumetric play of the facade. The building has a total of 28 housing units, ranging in size from 50 sqm to 100 sqm, offering options to meet the needs of different types of users.
The apartments are designed to provide comfort, privacy, and security, with finishes in white and gray tones, integrated kitchens, contemporary finished bathrooms, and large windows that allow for natural lighting and ventilation inside the spaces.
On the first level, there is a reception lobby, a coworking space, two fixed points located at each end of the project for accessing the different levels of the building, and an area for private and visitor parking. The following levels are made up of 3 to 4 apartments per floor, depending on the level. On the top floor, there are exclusive communal terraces and a communal terrace for the building, which features a BBQ and a children's recreational area.
