This project delivers a complete architectural transformation of an abandoned property, turning a neglected structure into a modern, functional home.

The intervention covers everything from a striking facade redesign to a comprehensive interior overhaul. On the outside, the exterior is fully modernized to maximize curb appeal. On the inside, the layout is completely reconfigured to optimize space, maximize natural light, and introduce contemporary finishes and custom millwork. It is a total reinvention that breathes new life into a forgotten space.
